I recently stayed at a hotel in Dubai and had an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay truly enjoyable. The hotel boasts a luxurious spa and provides convenient access to a refreshing pool, enhancing our relaxation. The valet service at the entrance added a touch of convenience to our stay. A standout element of our visit was Ahmed at the reception. His extraordinary hospitality left a lasting impression, going above and beyond to make our stay special. In a delightful surprise, Ahmed presented us with a mini cake to celebrate my birthday, showcasing a thoughtful and personalized touch that truly made our day memorable. Overall, our stay at this hotel was marked by outstanding service, top-notch amenities, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. We are already looking forward to returning in the future. Beautiful hotel close to all amenities. Our room was spacious and very clean in a very modern decor. We had a balcony with a magnificent view of the Marina. The breakfast is complete and the choice is varied. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to the metro and a few other places. All the staff are very attentive. We recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Amani is a very hospitable person. Room is good. Check in takes 4 hours but I can understand that I arrived very early But it could be more faster, Noel didn’t help at all specially we informed him that we arrived from 18 hours trip and no option to book a room 4 hours before the normal check in hour. The breakfast was good and the buffet has most of the breakfast items. View was good. Facilities are good.

The hotel is generally beautiful and good. Initially they had given us a room with a not so great view despite us asking for one and paying for it prior, but after my wife gave them a call to complain about this they immediately gave us a new room with the desired room. Mistakes do happen and I am happy about how they were able to attend to and resolve our issues. Otherwise, the experience service we received from the staff was super amazing and will definitely recommend this and possibly return to the same hotel on our next stay in Dubai. The breakfast was great.

Great location for enjoying the Marina: A five minute walk to the water and another 15 to Marina Mall. Tons of nearby restaurants. As far as the hotel itself, I have mixed feelings. The room we originally were given was facing a loud freeway and a giant factory pumping out smoke. Our balcony was unusable due to smell and noise. I requested a different room and spent the next twenty minutes hassling with being told there were zero other rooms available. They did finally move us to a nicer room with a partial Marina view. They also brought my buddy a lovely piece of birthday cake. I thought it was odd that there was no top sheet or blanket other than a thick comforter, but I've found that at other hotels in the region as well. They brought us sheets upon request. The little pool is nice and includes a bar. They also let us check out late. Very kind. For the price, I think it was a good deal. I would never stay on the back side of hotel though. I did appreciate the good customer service.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
