Hotel lobby is tiny. Entire hotel only has 1 elevator and is incredibly slow, does not fit more than 2 people with luggage in tow. The room itself was nothing special, seemed old with ugly wallpaper. Window had a view of another buildings wall. The bathroom was rather nice and modern but still small. Didn't match the room. For the same price, you can stay at hotels near Gran via that are better value.

The First One Hotel Madrid Preciados should never have been classified as a 4 star hotel. It has a tiny lobby with a checkin desk and barely room for 3 people to stand. It has a single tiny slow elevator for 52 rooms on 8 floors. We booked a Junior Suite and it turned out to be just a simple bedroom with a couch - and when I complained the check-in person said "it is the largest room in the hotel". They should not be allowed to advertize suites if they only have rooms. There is no bar or restaurant in the hotel and the breakfast is self service - even down to making your own coffee. The closet in the room was tiny (5 hangers max). The room safe was 7 feet off the ground above the closet and did not work. And the worst part was the bathroom which had a glass door (!) and a bright light which came on automatically when the door opened and did not go off for 3-5 minutes after the door is closed making it hard to get back to sleep and waking up the other person since the door is glass. Finally the room was warm, A/C disabled centrally, and when we opened the window the local neighborhood is loud at 1am. Horrible place. After one night we left and lost the money for the rest of the 3 night booking. It was worth it to get a room at a much better hotel and a good nights sleep.

I stayed here recently for a work trip. Incredible hotel with fancy modern rooms. I have to say that out of all the hotels I've stayed in this one had the best blackout curtains and the highest adjustable water pressure in the shower! Massive bonus points for me. It missed out on one star because the room could have been larger. Seems like the balcony was given preference on space. The room houses 2 people however, the balcony was big enough for 5 to 6 people. You can see your neighbours on the balcony, may be they need to consider making it a bit more private. Location is perfect, on the doorstep of several pubs, bars, restaurants, shops. There are also at least 3 metro stations nearby within 5 minute walking distance. Breakfast selection was quite limited but pretty standard for your typical European hotel.

The location is very good, within walking distance to most tourist attractions with plenty of restaurant options in the vicinity. The rooms are nice and well maintained. The staff is very helpful and polite.

Small but lovely rooms directly on Calle Preciadosa. Steps to restaurants, one block to Gran Via. Great option for seeing the central part of Madrid.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
