Cristina at the front desk has been really nice and welcoming. She offered to help us reserve restaurants and had great recommendations. She also helped point us in the right direction. She helped with booking the spa service. Alejandro from the tours also helped book tours at parks we wanted to do. He was really nice and explained everything with detail. The customer service is really good. The pool is awesome with great view. The price and location are a plus, but I would not recommend this hotel for people with kids or light sleepers due to the noise from the rooftop.

Nice new modern hotel. Great rooms. Poor service at the pool area. At 10am bartender wouldn’t give us any water because they didn’t open until 11. Bottles of water were right there, I asked if he could just charge us at 11am. Nope. Drinks were okay, food is expensive for the area. Overall a nice stay with some lacking service. Breakfast personnel were great this morning.

First time staying in Playa del Carmen, so I have nothing to compare it to. However, the room was nice, simple, and clean. There is a small kitchenette (sink and hotplate) and a fridge. Generally quiet, and the location of the hotel keeps you right on the edge of 5th Ave, but far enough away so that you cannot hear the noise. All staff was very nice. We had breakfast included with the room. If you like to have a bite to eat and coffee in the morning without having to leave your hotel, I would suggest this, however it's nothing special. The restaurant on the rooftop was good, and same with the drinks at the bar. Overall this was an enjoyable stay.

First trip to Mexico and this Hilton Curio hotel couldn’t have been a luckier pick. Service is outstanding from front desk to house keeping. It’s in a great location and near everything. Wonderful restaurants in a short walking distance. Easy to get to the Cozumel ferry. Plenty of shopping. What really sets this hotel apart though is the roof top pool and bar/ restaurant. The view is amazing. The staff there is outstanding. Arturo though was just a tremendous waiter. Attentive, professional and helpful. You don’t get service like that everywhere. I hope to return and Arturo and the rest of the staff would be the reason.

I absolutely LOVE this hotel! The facility, service, and staff are amazing! Christina. Fernando, Ernesto, Francisco, Ricardo, and Eduardo are the best and made us feel very welcome. We were able to ask questions, get assistance with excursions and they treated us like family! The food is excellent too! We will come here again!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
