Our multiple stays at this hotel have been largely impressive. The rooms are notably spacious, and the cleanliness level is exceptional. The shower is excellent, and the well-equipped kitchen adds a great touch of convenience. Another highlight is the on-site garage; it's large and conveniently allows direct elevator access to the rooms. The hotel's location is superb, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the breakfast; the options are very limited. A better breakfast selection would elevate this hotel to near perfection. In its current state, it's still a fantastic choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Wonderful spot for a week in Frankfurt. Spacious quarters included everything we needed for our stay, including a hairdryer, refrigerator and on site laundry machines (3 euros). Staff was very pleasant at each encounter, and we received room service every 3 days. Room was modern and had a balcony terrace with very nice soundproofing on the windows. Enjoyable to work from too, and had dining and loving furniture for different seating options. Would definitely stay here again!

Best apartment hotel in Frankfurt! Very spacious, modern, great location. It’s only 15 min away from the city center. Super friendly and helpful stuff and cool ambient 😍 Parking was a little problematic because it’s a busy region and there are too many cars who want to park along the same street. There are always e-scooters in front of the building that you can take for a ride to the city, which is very comfortable. We had an apartment on the top floor with a great view. It was a fantastic stay! 😍😍😍🌆

First time in Frankfurt and I am super happy I chose this location. It is the perfect distance from the craziness of old town (roughly 3 blocks away) but close enough where you can go and come back at any time. 10 min walk from S-bahn which takes you through the city, to the main train station and straight to/from the airport. The property looks new and is very clean. They have onsite self-serve laundry, as well as offer laundry services. The front desk staff is super nice and helpful. There's a restaurant downstairs (next door) which is very convenient. There's also a great burger place in front, as well as an Aldi Supermarket which is great for any last minute items. I arrived at 10am and my room was not ready until 3pm check-in; however, the front desk kept my luggage for me so I could go see the city. I had virtual meetings daily and the wi-fi worked great (they have a modem by room) so no issues with speed. Kitchen has everything to cover basic necessities including coffee and tea. I got the balcony street view and would have liked the river view more since I worked from there often, so I would recommend asking for the river view. I did not do breakfast as I thought it was expensive (18 euro) but seeing the offerings around town, it actually isn't a bad price. 100% recommend this property.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
