We had a few rooms booked for a group trip. The rooms were very dark and dusty, really dusty. It was quite sad actually. One of the rooms had mould on the curtains. Parts of the interior felt very dated and simply old. Some of the staff were super nice and friendly and helpful and some didn’t seem friendly at all. The small rooms were indeed very small with barely any space to even open a large suitcase, no storage space either and little space in the bathroom to take anything out. Because of how limited the space was we asked if we could have a small birthday cake with the three of us at reception and were told we couldn’t eat there. Not a big deal but not too great either given how small the rooms were. And the breakfast was nowhere near what a four-star hotel would offer. Very basic and very similar every day. Service was consistent with the rest of the hotel - some people very friendly and some borderline rude.

Our stay at The Fleming Hotel in Hong Kong for our wedding celebration was truly memorable. The hotel exceeded our expectations with its elegance and sophistication. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and valued. The check-in process was smooth, and we were thrilled to be upgraded to a spacious large room with breathtaking city skyline views. The room had a modern and cozy ambiance, setting the perfect tone for our special occasion. The service provided by the hotel staff was exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. We were particularly delighted to witness the fireworks on October 1st from the hotel, adding an extra touch of magic to our celebration. The hotel's location in the vibrant Wan Chai neighborhood was a major advantage. We enjoyed exploring the area, with its bustling markets, trendy restaurants, and lively nightlife, all conveniently located near the hotel. Overall, our two-night stay at The Fleming Hotel was delightful. The attentive service, elegant ambiance, and convenient location made it an ideal choice for our wedding celebration. We highly recommend The Fleming Hotel to anyone seeking a sophisticated and memorable stay in Hong Kong.

Stayed from 25 Nov to 2 Dec. Hotel room furnishing and ambience were delightful, and great location within walking distance to MTR and plenty bus routes. The 3 concierge staff that were on duty were helpful, attentive and brought a smile to our faces each day.

The Rooms are a little bit little for this price category... but everything else is fine. The Style is very different and nice, the Staff is friendly and helpful. A good italian restaurant at the bottom, bathroom is genius separated into sink, bowl and shower. Location is very nice. Close to Subway station, Tram & Buses, you can reach a looot of places of Hong Kong without changing your public transport, just take the right line. Google maps is perfect helper here. You have also the Hong Kong red light district only some minutes away if you like to find a girlfriend... but it is far enough away you don't get in touch if you don't like. Bad: No window to open, for ventilating the room is only the bathroom ventilation to suck air, you can only activate this by activating then lights in the whole bath room = too bright to sleep. There is also a bus line (A4) coming and going to the airport w/o changing, stopping maybe 150 mtrs. before the hotel.

This is a very unique and nice boutique hotel located near Wan Chai MTR. I love the decor, it’s like stepping into an early 1900s antique luxurious space shuttle and blasting off from sea! Only downside is that it’s a pretty cramp and small hotel, so you will feel rather cramp, claustrophobia. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Location is perfect and convenient to many shops, F&B and close to admiralty & Central and just a ferry stop away to Tsim Sha Tsui areas.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
