Owing to unforeseen circumstances in Israel, we were unfortunately unable to travel to Munich for our planned stay at The Flushing Meadows. However, upon reaching out to the hotel's team via email, we were pleasantly surprised by their swift and compassionate response. Not only were we issued a full refund without delay, but the empathy and kindness extended to us during this challenging time were truly remarkable. Such considerate and accommodating service is indicative of a genuine 5-star experience. Without a doubt, as soon as we have the opportunity for a peaceful getaway, The Flushing Meadows will be our hotel of choice. Their exceptional customer care has left a lasting impression, and we eagerly look forward to the day we can enjoy their hospitality.

Very dark hotel, not even a hotel from my perception. No proper breakfast. Shower is problematic, you are trying hard to get hit by water. More appropriate for bagpackers. We found it on Smart Travellers guide which we trust a lot. It turned out to be a frustration. It’s location is not bad though. Parking is complex. Room designs of few rooms are nice. Overall it was not up to our expectations.

Read about this bar in a travel blog. What a disappointment. Dirty rugs at entrance, full ashtrays on the balcony (candle holders used as ashtrays too). Not much of a view - seemed to be looking into apartment complexes backyards’. Generic cocktails. Pleasant enough bartender/waiter.

Really bad experience. We had a long drive behind us and arrived to München. When we arrived to the address we couldn’t find any sign indicating there would be a hotel (it was dark outside). It was impossible to park as it was no parking outside and no parking available anywhere close. We tried calling the number and send message on WhatsApp but no answer. We were unable to check in because of no answer. They did charge fully for the room. I would even call this a scam. They do not answer to mails where we ask for refund. Avoid at all cost.

The most amazing rooftop bar in Munich! The view is incredible and the cocktails are delicious!! Loved everything about the place. The sunset was breathtaking.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
