We stayed for 2 weeks in January and this hotel was ideal: great location near the BTS and helpful staff. The pool is amazing and the ladies who work in the gym are lovely! Everyone is friendly- loved the cleaning staff on our floor! Thanks for a great stay.

They have it all here. Even the time goes by but they still keep it up with the good work. Everything in room is still in service, the staff are long service since the hotel modern age. Mean that the owner care and take care them well. They have newly renovated room on the high floor. Swimming pool and fitness is good with the view in the city evening. Renovation is soon to come but no worry, you will get good sleep here. I stayed here for 5 nights.

I had a terrific stay in four Wings Hotel. The hotel is an old Japanese hotel, very confortable. Rooms are spacious. Everything is very clean. The only things 'bad' is that that the fridge and the AC can be quite noisy. I disconnected the fridge during my stay as I did need it and I put AC to low. The staff is nice and attentive to your needs. The facilities (pool, gym) are great.

It is > 20 years old hotel. Reasonable price at this location. Not much of service available. Don’t expect too much at the price paid. Just enough to sleep and go. Can be packed with tour group. Quite a long distance to walk along Sukhumvit 26 and the walk path is not lit at night.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
