Great location across from the main train station therefore could be noisy from passing trams/trains during the night. Typical self served breakfast. The room was a bit worn out/pealing off paint from the walls and couple of lights in the bathroom were gone. No usb chargers in the room. Not sure how stars are awarded, but I wouldn't call it 4****...

Hotel was very cute and clean. Slightly too dark in the rooms, pillows were a bit flat. Our room was a bit noisy since it was right opposite the main train/tram Station. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is very good, close to local travel routes and the main city is walkable. Lots of good places close by to go to.

The franfurt It’s a 4star hotel, located close to main train station, restaurants and grocery which is good. Just be careful in the evening outside the hotel is always crowded of random drunk people. It’s very noisy(train,cars and people)outside the hotel in the evening you can’t sleep properly. Hotel room is spacious, floor carpet have stain/dirty and smell bad. I booked queen size bed, got double bed. 4star hotel but very limited toiletries which is hotel usually provide. Not even complimentary water.

I was victim of a scam. To be specific, It was an extortion attempt. 3 hours after checking out, MR ALAN MELANIE called me stating that I damaged room door and that I should pay 2000 euros for maintenance. The door is spring-loaded type and does not require any human force to close It. Besides, no repair can cost that much. There was trash inside bathroom that was not removed. Also 2 lamps not working. Dark Room. Be careful and book your stay somewhere else.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
