Overall an excellent quality yet good value hotel in the New Town. Bedrooms and corridors quiet with a peaceful ambience yet only yards away from the busy sights. Well maintained building. Cleanliness, comfort of beds and lighting all positive. Very good breakfast provided across the road by a quality restaurant, Rabble. More hotels should take note. 👍🏼👍🏼

Very well located in the heart of the New Town and close to a lot of restaurants. My main issue with the hotel, and although small, made a huge difference... the windows were really poor insulating outside noise from the street... so when the local Irish bar (which is a really excellent pub) has customers leaving and shouting until 3am, it meant that I had a terrible sleep and might as well have travelled up on the day for my meeting in the morning.

We will NOT stay here again! We had a room that was for 4 people. The double bed was as hard as a brick! Across the street are 2 bars, and EVERY night up until 4 a.m. there were people on the street shouting and singing outside the pubs. There's also a lot of traffic going by the hotel. We got very little sleep. We asked if we could get the room switched to one in the back, but we were told that all the large rooms/ family rooms are in the front. They wouldn't change our room to two small rooms in the back either. The room has a mini fridge, an iron, a tea kettle, and a hair dryer.

clean, quiet, great location but beds were a bit small. if you're over 6ft tall dont book, will have the most uncomfortable sleep.

It’s located close to the Old Town and the park which makes it a good location, quite a few restaurants and bars around as well. The room was decent too. My only complaint was regarding the thin walls. We could hear our neighbors talk through the wall.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
