We've stayed at the G Hotel for almost 3 weeks, and we couldn't be more satisfied! The hotel is beautiful, modern and so well-coming. The room is clean and curated in every detail. The breakfast buffet is varied and tasty, and everything looks fresh! We loved swimming every evening and finishing our days with a good time at the spa. They always provided us with towels and slippers. But the most amazing thing about this hotel is the staff: always ready to help, always smiling and asking about your day and needs. Everyone is gentle and kind and will make you feel so comfortable. Highly recommend G Hotel to everyone who's coming to Istanbul!

I stayed here for 6 days as my cousin had surgery and the staff have been amazing. One of the best hotels I’ve gone to. AMAZING customer service house keeping went above and beyond to Comfort my cousin and I bringing extra pillows the rooms are lovely and beds extra comfortable g Italy restaurant is attached and I have left a separate review for that but 100% matches the smell of the hotel is impeccable I had to ask for the oil used. The hotel is always clean and staff always helpful. The Lounge area and decor is lovely and the spa downstairs is beautiful too. There’s also many cats and kittens around outside that the locals and others stay fed and two markets on the same plot of area. There’s nothing for me to fault the experience was lovely and I’ll most definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the G Hotel. Staff were so kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Spa was really good quality and service. Breakfast and restaurant were excellent. Would recommend to anyone travelling to Istanbul.

I recommend this hotel at all costs. The service and facility are both great and I would definitely come again! The staffs are very friendly and caring. Thank you Rasha for all your help during breakfast, she is one of the best people I have met!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
