        I had a reservation at Gabriel Hotel in downtown Miami with the expectation of a relaxing and enjoyable stay, but unfortunately, it turned into a complete nightmare. Throughout the night, the room next door was hosting a raucous party with loud laughter, talking, banging on doors, and a constant stream of people coming and going. In the middle of the night, I woke up due to the noise and called the receptionist for assistance. They assured me they would address the issue, but no one came to resolve it, and the disruptive noise continued, preventing me from getting any rest. My repeated attempts to reach the receptionist went unanswered. Frustrated and sleep-deprived, I went downstairs to inquire why they were not answering the phone. The staff's attitude was unhelpful and dismissive, and only after persisting did they agree to address the noise problem. However, even when someone was sent to warn the noisy guests, the disturbances persisted. It wasn't until around 6 am that the noisy guests finally left their room, giving me a brief window of opportunity to rest before sunrise. In the morning, I expressed my dissatisfaction to the hotel manager, who, instead of addressing the issue properly, offered me some loyalty points as compensation, given that I'm a Hilton member. This proposed solution was inadequate and felt like a joke, considering the torment I had endured. I requested a full refund for the night, but the manager claimed it was non-refundable. It appears that the hotel lacks proper customer service etiquette and fails to understand that I chose the hotel for relaxation and rest, which I did not receive. Additionally, their valet parking service was a hassle. They promised a 7-minute wait for your car, but it consistently took much longer, wasting valuable time and making me feel like my freedom was being infringed upon. I cannot recommend this hotel based on my terrible experience, which left me sleep-deprived and dissatisfied. Also they do not do daily cleaning they say cleaning done every two days. But apparently they do not clean the floor or bathroom for long time because you can see dirt build up all over the corner also in the bathroom all the tiles and around the tub. The hotel does not deserve the star they have. It is sad to seeing the beautiful place is turning into a trash can because of the management

I came with my dog ​​and it is the most dog friendly hotel I have ever seen in my life. I asked my dog ​​not to be disturbed and they gave us a more empty snow. The hotel is generally clean. The rooms are spacious and the shower cabins are very cool. bad aspects; There is no parking, there is valet and the valet employees are quite rude!! There is a public parking lot right in front of the hotel, it costs 50 dollars per day. It's better if you leave it there. The hotel's pillows are extremely bad. I asked them to change it but they didn't have it. They definitely need to revise the pillows, they are very unhealthy. Also, the people who cleaned the room did not renew the bed linen, they only arranged it. They didn't wipe the floor either. The juice had spilled.

        I guess I’ll write this review as I wait for valet to bring my car. It’s blocked by 2 employee vehicles. It’s been 45 minutes and still no car. While a pretty good location, the customer service in this hotel is non existent. No one answers the phone and once they do …. They hang up on you!! Would you expect a taped handwritten shower gel from a boutique hotel you are paying over $300 a night ????? Run far away from this hotel!! After almost an hour wait this is where they leave my car for me to get it. Unbelievable.

        Stunning! Picked this for my husbands 50th birthday and he was in awe. So so so beautiful and the rooms are amazing. One of the most comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in and the bathroom was gorgeous. Had a huge shower and a deep soaking bathtub. So romantic. It was walking distance to tons of things including the water. We had an unforgettable experience and HIGHLY recommend. I think I’d only come back to this hotel because it was so perfect.

        For expecting an upscale hotel was disappointing. As a Hilton diamond for life I have stayed at lots of hotels… expected this to be better. Hearing and air conditioning systems did not work well. Rooms need some air movement rooms actually kind of smelled a little. The lighting system is not good, like some sort of smart lights that don’t work correctly. Had 2 rooms and same problem with both rooms. Had to call for maid service on 2 days for both rooms. Once called to get towels as had not performed room service that day and after 1hr and 15 minutes waiting went to front desk and sat there for another 25 minutes to get clean towels. They have all the ‘fees’ of a luxury space just fail to deliver on the service of a luxury space? What’s an urban fee? Doesn’t get you any extra service
