Front desk is not staffed 24 hours. Had flight at 7am but no one there when we wanted to check out at 5am. Tried to call their number but no one picked up. Also there is 300 Baht key deposit which was never returned. Edit: Some additional reasons for a 1 star review: - When we arrived they forgot to give us credentials for free wifi - Phone number was not listed anywhere - Bathroom had odd smell

The room is clean, not stuffy, doesn't smell of cigarettes. Towels are still in good condition. There is a TV, there is Wi-Fi, but it's not very fast. There is an elevator, but you have to walk up the stairs first. The door at night requires a key card. The night is quiet. There is no loud noise. Travel to Rajamangala nearby. There is parking available but limited. There is tea and coffee provided. The air conditioner is cool and the blankets are a bit thin.

Accommodation is quiet, clean, safe. The owner of the service is very good, kind and lovely. You can ask for anything. Near community areas, shops, restaurants, convenience stores. The whole journey was comfortable. There is a garden to sit and relax in, shady like at home.
