Good hotel with strategic location in Mid Valley, connected with shopping mall. The room neat, clean and comfortable to stay, rest and even working. Only the TV was not working properly, only audio. Tried to do gym with the facilities at good condition and clean. Breakfast was great, many variation of food and the quality was OK.

Enjoyed our stay here, service was really good. Clean and spacious rooms with nice view. With wide range in breakfast buffet. Located next to malls so one can spend the whole day there and enjoy many great restaurants. Highly recommended. Cheers🤘🏻

We had a marvellous 5 nights stay! Great thanks to all the staffs for accommodating us, starting from the point of our online reservation with the wonderful phone receptionist (as well as the physical staff at the check-in counter). Our highest appreciation and sincerest gratitude to the senior manager who was on duty (27/12/2023) for showering our child with his kindness and gentle words during our checking out . Additionally, our room was astonishingly and exceptionally prepared, tidied and cleaned each day by the team of housekeeping staffs. Kudos particularly to one of the housekeeper (who was on duty on 23/12/2023) who so kindly accommodated us by returning later to complete his task after 5pm.

Located within the shopping mall, this hotel stands out for its attentive and helpful staff. The check-in process is efficient, ensuring a swift transition to clean and spacious rooms. All facilities, such as air conditioning, hot water, TV, and internet access, are in excellent working order. If you're arriving by car, opt for parking near the purple-colored pillars for easy access to the hotel.

The Gardens Hotel is located at Mid Valley. It is very convenient and accessible to the two shopping malls (mid valley megamall and gardens mall). It is new and brightly lit. The service is also great and speedy when call for room service. It is unfortunate that the Garden residence is not available anymore. Breakfast at level 6 is also good. Overall, good stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
