Stayed 1 night and I loved this place. Perfect location. Was lucky to get a space in the small car park but knew if we hadn't there is a car park a 2 min walk away. Checking in we easy and friendly, everything was well explained to us. Room was beautiful, clean and modern. Was lucky to have front facing room with a beautiful view. The room was small but everything you needed and enough space for us for a few days. Amazing welcome tray, coffee, water, tea cakes and crisps was a lovely surprise. Free tea and coffee down in the bar also, games to play and I must give credit for one of the best espresso martinis I have ever had. Had a great sleep and breakfast was tasty, lots of choice and nice to have table service and not the standard buffet as in a lot of hotels. I honestly can't fault anything with this hotel or the service. As it's a town centre location and dog friendly I didn't expect it to be totally quiet but aside from a little noise late in the evening as people returned home, (we were still up too) and maybe 1 or 2 dog barks at night, it was quiet and peaceful. Absolutely highlight was definitely the heated bathroom floors. A little bit of added perfect luxury. Thank you for an amazing stay, we will definitely be back.

We were in the Garrison Suite and we have loved it! Amazing, spacious suite with everything you need and a really comfy bed. Very friendly and helpful staff and added bonus is that they are a dog friendly hotel. Breakfast was delicious and well worth the money. Highly recommend!

Great hotel in Fort William - very centrally located and the car park is convenient. Rooms seemed very modern and clean. Was -9 but the temperature control in the room was great at keeping it warm. Excellent value too. We stayed at the Premier Inn last time we were in Fort William and it was filthy, old, mouldy, out the way and overpriced. Would definitely recommend this for value, comfort and location.

This hotel is fantastic!!! Beautiful room, stunning breakfast! We went to the tavern for dinner which was a 2 minute walk. I wore my biggest heels and was able to walk to both the tavern and wetherspoons. Highly recommended the garrison. Super super clean and beautiful. Thank you again. 😁

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
