An exceptional hotel in a very convenient location. You have both the JR and Tokyo metro station on your doorstep. The amenities prepared for the guests in the room were very impressive. The staff were very nice and friendly, and went above and beyond to help us when needed. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was nice as well. The size of the room should also be commented on, as many hotel rooms in Tokyo are so small that you may not be able to fit two large suitcases comfortably. The room and the bathroom were both so spacious. I am planning on returning to Tokyo, and would definitely stay here again without hesitation. It was definitely a five star experience for us!

Great location great staff and service. Only one downside - beds were a little hard for my liking. Two of our group woke up with a neck that bothered us. Other than, the American style breakfast was good and overall, it was a good place to stay for a night.

We recently completed a three week trip around Japan and stayed at the Gate Hotel on our last two nights in Japan. This well priced hotel was located in the heart of the Ginza district. They provided a Luxurious experience from the moment you walk into the lobby and are greeted by the friendly staff. The rooms have outstanding views of the surrounding neighbourhood. The hotel lobby is comfortable, with huge glass windows to enjoy the surrounding sights and you have access to a terrace outside the lobby or on the 13th floor where you can sit and enjoy a drink. Hotel features a lovely restaurant, which serves exquisite breakfast each day, and the room was comfortable quiet and well appointed. What a great way to wrap up a long pleasant journey, but the one that left us tired and thankful to have the opportunity rest well at the gate hotel before our flight home.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. I really appreciate and respect their efforts and professionalism. Location is excellent. Hotel also very nice and clean . The only issue I experienced is the construction right next to the hotel, Hotel staff are trying their best to accommodate us. It is just very unfortunate that we have to move to another hotel after 3 days suffering from construction allergies. I will definitely book this hotel again once the construction next door is completed.

3 nights stay. All was perfect from the room to the excellent breakfast (not a very large choice of food in the buffet, but all is excellent!) The cocktail selection is also nice with very good creations. The hotel is overall very beautifull, high glass, peacefull lights and decoration

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
