We are here now. The good is it's clean, the bar and pool area are great. The not good is the bed squeaks so bad you can't even move without waking everyone up, never heard anything like it. We are making request #5 to get a luggage rack for our room today. Don't think I would recommend it or come back.

This is a glorified motel. A 2 star motel with 4 star prices. I stayed a week here and had to call and beg for towels/toilet paper daily. One day we called and asked to get housekeeping up to our room and left for the day. Came back around 11pm to the room untouched. No one works at this hotel at night; so if you need something (like toilet paper) you will have to walk over to the hotel next door! Truly unbelievable for $300 a night. Then there’s the shuttle that runs on the hour to and from downtown. Four times we were left downtown and forced to find our own means to get home. By “we” I mean we had almost 30 people standing around Waterfront Brewery trying to get back to the hotel and they never got us. Three hours with no bus, no explanation, no apology, nothing. $50 a day hotel convience fee for services you will undoubtedly not receive. Often the shuttle doesn’t even come and they don’t do anything about it, the daily bottles of water? Never got those. Paid for a $200 dog package and received a squeaky toy and a tiny bag of treats. I truly hate these people at this point. I’ve never stayed at a hotel and felt like I was being robbed but this one here did it. Hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I wish I had bought a tent and camped out on the beach. Lastly I want to add that several other people reviewed the experienced a mold problem in their rooms. Those are accurate accounts and we also had mold in our room/bathroom. Please shell out the extra money and stay somewhere nice like DoubleTree.

Had a getaway weekend for our anniversary and this hotel was great. Upon check in, air conditioning did not work in our room, but front desk was helpful and relocated us next door within 10 minutes. There is a common area between Gates and the neighboring hotel, which is great for relaxing with some drinks in the hammock, getting food from the food truck, or sitting with coffee from Starbucks with a beautiful view. The pool area has a bar with live music and there was even a pool party during our stay. You are also a short walking distance from a 24/7 Circle K and a McDonalds for any late night needs. The shuttle was convenient for going to Duval St; Just need to call ahead (an hour or less before pickup) to the front desk and grab and ticket to ride. I see a lot of bad reviews about the chickens… YES there are chickens in Key West… everywhere, and you do hear them in the morning before sun rise….which we thought was fun! Over all a great experience and would definitely go back.

This place is infested with bed bugs. Please don’t waste your money. I’m writing this for my parents because they don’t have a Google account but my parents went here for their yearly trip to Key West and came home covered in bed bug bites and the hotel isn’t planning to do anything about it. They were in rooms facing the pool (rooms 106 and 110) with their friends and both them and their friends are covered. They had to replace everything once they got home too because the bed bugs hitched a ride in the suitcases and on their clothing. Not only that but there are concerns about the bites being infected now. Ontop of this, the staff didn’t provide clean towels and my dad has to empty the garbages himself because no one would come to the room to service it. My parents weren’t expecting daily cleans because it’s wasteful but clean towels would have been nice. The hotel is not responding to them and ignoring the bed bug situation and the hotel refuses to provide a refund so they have to go higher now (lawyers.) they aren’t looking for any handouts… just a refund. It’s very unfortunate because they wait all year for this trip and it was a nightmare and the hotel won’t take any responsibility.

Pretty hotel and well located next to other nice hotels. However, “Free” shuttle won’t work well without tips. Drivers are rude and turn off the AC in a van without open windows and hit you closing the door if you don’t leave them tips. The time and menu of their food service is very unclear, does not open at 7 and doesn’t have the same menus as online. Unclear also where the gym is, there is no information in your room or anywhere and since front desk is often unstaffed, well who are you gonna ask. We came in a very large group and they don’t seem to care about the big business we brought to their place and do not accommodate spaces or events for your group.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
