Me and my friends had very wonderful Days in this hotel. The restaurant welcomed us with warm and friendly. The mains was good with all of meals we love. We enjoyed the food the rooms so we spent many good things in this restaurant.

The security guards are helpful and kind. The receptionists are helpful, friendly and kind. They have GOOD and friendly staff. All of them! The TV programs are limited. The WIFI is sucks!!! The hot water 💦 is NOT hot at all! There are cockroaches in the room. The live ones! The Toilet needs to be maintained. They have bad cleaning services. The mop on the floor has never been cleaned. The buffet is 😞 awful. They are not following the "hygiene" protocols on the food serving.

This Apartment / Hotel good and affordable, Central Jakarta and easy access to everywhere. But need more improvement. More improvement: 1. Bed, need more clean well because have a many stain, like chocolate or idk, but look disgusting. 2. When enter room, no slipper, and should call Front Office asked for slipper 3. Shower, always loose when hang, need fix and more skrew. 4. So many ants on the table of drink or even in the Bathroom, when you put a cup of coffee, just in a minutes your cup will full of ants 5. Wi-Fi access or Internet, very very very slow, speed not more than 1 MBps, even you open google you will stuck on loading.

(+) Low Priced. Good Location. Instead of one room, we had one bed room size apartment with sofa, but still with room housekeeping. Free parking. (-) Old Room, poor cleanliness. Limited amenities such as bottled water. Small swimming pool, not in good shape, bad water quality. Limited parking space. Food taste is fair, not much choice. Wifi speed in the lobby is pretty good, but terrible in the room.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
