Just because the location is Kyoto Overall not good ◯ Wi-Fi in the hotel rooms is almost unreliable. ◯The person checking in is a foreigner (Asian). I didn't really understand what you were saying. Both at check-in and at meal times. My reservation details (standard kaiseki with all-you-can-drink) do not understand yeah? What's going on? and…… ◯The food is quite delicious. The arrangement of seats at the venue has a good sense... The bath isn't bad either, Not much different from a regular hotel public bath. ◯I'm very sorry but I can't help but feel like I'm losing my name. I had a little talk with the guy serving the food. People suddenly disappeared... I wonder if the usual staff are absent? It's true that I'm just carrying it around without knowing anything. It's like I was suddenly asked to do this job. It was good work Maybe it was just my bad luck I came here to have fun I'm pretty disappointed I went home without staying the night.

First of all, the customer service and consideration of the employees are very warm. I arrived at the hotel quite early on the day. We were able to complete check-in procedures in advance and store our luggage. If you came by car but would like to use public transportation for sightseeing, there is a free parking lot, which is very helpful. (Parking lots in Kyoto are all expensive...and there is no upper limit) The room was fairly large and comfortable. The room we stayed in didn't have a bathroom (I wonder if there's another one?) There was no problem because there was a large public bath. It's not as spacious as Shirahama or Arima, but it's comfortable. I had the impression that the cleaning was thorough. Best of all, the food was great. As other reviews have said, the food is amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

Last time, it was fully booked and I stayed at a nearby hotel, so I was really looking forward to this time! It's in a good location in the city, and you can go almost anywhere you want to go. (by car) The food is always delicious! ! Although it is light in color, it has a strong dashi flavor that makes my child say, ``Mom, make this at home!'' (It's impossible!) Both the room and the public bath were clean, and I especially felt that the public bath was cleaned properly between times.

Reserve a Japanese-style room. The windows were wide and I could see the mountains of Kyoto clearly. I had an all-you-can-drink course for dinner, and I was happy that not only draft beer but also sparkling wine was available. The food itself was just the right amount. If it's not all-you-can-drink, it might not be enough, but for those people, there is a higher-grade course that doesn't include all-you-can-drink for the same price, and I think you'll be satisfied. (That's what the group eating in front of me looked like) Breakfast was a healthy menu and I was able to finish it easily even with a hangover. The rice can be transferred from the ohitsu to the bowl, so you can adjust the amount. There is a simple souvenir corner next to the front desk, which I thought would be useful for people who want to take care of items for their co-workers.

The location is perfect, close to the Imperial Palace, Nijo Castle, etc. The cost performance is excellent. There is also a parking lot 😃 The unit bath in the room is small and difficult to use, but there is a spacious public bath 😃 The food is okay 😖

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
