This hotel is by far none sense. The room was very dirty and when I asked for cleanliness, Someone came and clean the room but it was still dirty and you can find dust everywhere. I asked about changing the room and the behavior of hotel reception was impolite and he got angry!!! We had a baby and I will never recommend this hotel for family with baby. It was ridiculous for a hotel that the cabling of phone and camera were naked and unhidden. I attached some photos of this hotel

The staff and réception are very impolite, nervous and agressive . Rooms really dirty, facilities ( coffe shop and pool ) must be free, but it wasn't. There wasn't slipper for toilet and bath room. It was a bad experience and I dont suggest to try it Never ever !!!

Perfect location close to Taksim metro station, our triple room was very big and had a spectacular view ( the glass windows were not clean though).l would suggest better cleaning.Breakfast was great!

Our room was on the 2nd floor and was very dirty. The walls were stained, the floor hadn't been mopped and had trash and swabs on it. All the furniture was damaged and had coffee stains and other liquids. We asked for our room to be cleaned but it was not. That's why we asked to change our room, which was done. They put us on the 10th floor, in one of their best rooms. This one was in better condition than the last one but it was dirty on all surfaces and the curtains smelled like cigarettes. They should look more into the cleanliness issue! I wonder why it has 4 stars. The breakfast was satisfactory! The service is good!

We stayed here for four nights from 21 August to 24 ,2023. I ‚ve travelled Istanbul six times, each time at a different 4 star hotel. This one, Green Park was the best of all. Staff very nice, room service excellent, I strongly advise you just try once. Thanks for all of their kindness+ patience. Javad -P from Iran and family.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
