        Such a wonderful hotel - top location in the Waterkant area close to shops, restaurants, services, but above all the hotel staff. They go the extra mile - I left my laundry from the dry cleaners on their property and they called me to say "Don't worry we still have it" after I had left. Thank you to the Staff and congratulations on a beautiful hotel. (From The silly American who left his laundry)

        Good points : - great location - good staff - nice builing (colonial style) Down points : - Breakfast only available in a café at the ground floor. Portions are "small" and it only opens at 7.30am. Way too late. A breakfast buffet would be much better. - A TV set but only 5 TV channels on offer. Not good enough - No curtains in the room but only shutters/blinders. Bright sunlight goes through early morning from 5.30am (room 13) and that is a nuisance. - No boiler to make coffee in the room - No gym Overall, I'd say disappointing. There are probably better value for money hotels nearby.

        Everything was great about this hotel! Service and location was amazing. Close to everything you need in a nice neighborhood. Staff are very friendly and very accommodating. Our room was very clean and cozy. Would definitely stay here again.

        Everything was great about this hotel! Service and location was amazing. Close to everything you need in a nice neighborhood. Staff are very friendly and very accommodating. Our room was very clean and cozy. Would definitely stay here again.

        Staff was very friendly and helpfull. hotel is situated is a good area with lots of things at walking distance. room was nice. Skybar is great. we enjoyed our stay but I want to point some things the hotel should change : the windows are bad for insolation. we hear everything like the people are talking inside the room. the insolation is also bad for electric consumption as it is hard to keep the room warm in winter or cold in summer. the blinds are ok for bathroom but for bedroom, with the hotel's ligth it looks like it is daylight in the room and got hard time falling asleep. Hairdryer is great but we do not have any hole compatible to plug it in the entire room.

        A great little hotel set near the buzz of the Cape Town’s entertainment centre. My only gripe was a staff member (works at the lounge/breakfast area) who clearly does not understand that he is employed in the service industry. Ordered breakfast and waited about 35mins to receive it at my table (I was only 1 of 2 people in the lounge 🤔). As it was a business day and needed to get to a meeting I enquired of him as to the reason for the delay. Instead of a polite response and reassurance he proceeded to argue about the delay. I felt this to be a poor reflection of an otherwise great establishment. Apart from this he got my order incorrect. No apology received from him.
