This was my first ever stay at a resort. The rooms were so spacious. We had everything we needed for our stay. The resort was family-friendly and quiet. We got to enjoy the hot tub and pools until 10 pm during our stay, which was great. We did our first ever sister trip without kids. Liked it so much we plan to come back with the whole family.

Overall our stay was very nice. I did think that the arcade, rental canoes/fishing gear and store were a bit ridiculous price wise, but our 3 bedroom condo was pleasantly clean and large enough for our family of 5. You're pretty close to Disney with drives being maybe 20/25 minutes away, give or take with traffic. The hotel is massive with pretty exterior. Very easily can get lost, wish they had a better display of directions. It is also gated, which gives you a sense of security. I'd consider staying there again.

Being in the hospitality business personally, my last resort would be to ever to write a review but I have been left with no choice. This hotel has wrongfully charged my card for a second time and I cannot get a response from anybody despite numerous emails and phone calls. The previous phone call I was left on "hold" for ten minutes and was not transferred to anybody. On arrival, you will be asked for a daily resort fee of 45 dollars. We were also asked for card authorization of 200 dollars and assured this would be returned. Upon return to Ireland, there has been additional money taken from my card and nobody from the hotel will respond to me. This is not the first time this happened, we were also charged for parking during our stay despite not even having a car. The staff are extremely unhelpful and watched me struggle with bags while I was six months pregnant. We were told there was nobody to help with luggage, even though there were three other staff members standing around. we couldn't find our way to the room because of the poor layout of the hotel and the security just pointed us in the direction, nobody wanted to help. I am forced to take matters further over the charges on my card which is such a shame as this was our first family holiday , but I will not accept a hotel that does not even respond to a distressed guest regarding THEFT on my card. Please avoid at all costs

Rooms clean but poorly stocked. There are 6 People in our 3 bed 3 bath suite. The kitchen was stocked with 2cups, 4 glasses, 3 forks, 3 spoons and no toaster, l small pot no tea towels. No dishwasher detergent ,etc. I had to Call front desk 3 times for more supplies! Some never did come. The grounds are well kept and large! Very close to Disney. We are a family booking 2 large 3 bedroom suites that requested rooms in same floor same building . The request was since last October ! Instead our rooms our in 2 separate buildings. I definitely wouldn’t come again.

Strange place. Had a recent stay in January 2023 with 2 young kids. The pool and grounds are great. It gives a good first impression with a nice lobby but then you have to walk a long way through a parking garage to get to your room. Not ideal with young kids. It really was designed as a place to drive to. The hallways are musty and not well maintained. Once inside the rooms they are superficially nice and very spacious. But no soundproofing, so the benefit of having the kids down early in their own room is kind of lost. Food options at the market and restaurant are good. Poolside food is not worth the price. Also very bizarre that you have to wash your own towels.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
