Completed my trip to Jakarta. All round greatness. We were welcomed nicely upon arrival by Ms Ajeng, who's really helpful answering our questions. Had the best rest as the room was beyond our expectation! Will def comeback and stay here again!

All good, so much better improvement from my last visit on 2019. Seamless service during my stay. Also many variations of breakfast choices. Kudos to all team and especially Berlian who took care of my room perfectly!

Located in the middle of Jakarta, in Kuningan makes this hotel near to some restaurants, malls, or offices. Only came here for the wedding reception, but it left a huge good impressions of the restaurant, lobby, and parking lot. The design is so fancy, the staffs are friendly. But for wedding catering, I think the staffs are fully occupied so sometimes my friends and I cannot found any spoon or plate to get the food. The outdoor pool party also great with the entertainment section on the second floor. They have a very huge and plenty parking spots which I love the most.

Overall it’s a good experience to stay at The Groove Suites. One of the best places when you want to have short escape in Jakarta. Our room is so comfortable with the kitchen and also decorate tent for kids. However feel little bit uncomfortable when the hotel must hurry us to check out at 12 pm (though it’s the rule) lolll until 3 times through phone and staff who come to the room.
