This (as an opinion) is a Boutique Property and would be between 3-4 Stars. It serves its purpose and would be more towards that person who is not worried about the room as much as they are about visiting the beauties of Rome itself. I believe this property offers two or three different types of rooms and the classic double was my selection, which, was clean, provided enough space and all what was required for my visit (conference). The smaller single occupancy rooms, may not be the direction for comfort and additional space. Bed was double (singles pushed together) and comfortable, linens of a good enough quality and various options on pillow types - two nights sleep, and slept well, no comments. Wardrobe is open style and small, but does the job. Small couch and chair, mini bar and refreshment area (basic). Bathroom, small sink, walk-in shower (not rain shower). I had some issues one day with the water going from extremely hot to extremely cold, but it was only on one of the days. Overall, again, fine of the wash facilities. Breakfast, fresh, some good options, but nothing over special. Not my style of property, but each has their own requirements and needs. Was clean and comfortable, staff very friendly.

Had a fantastic stay here. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. All the reception staff are very nice and helpful. Alfionso in the rooftop bar was very nice. And Omar was wonderful too. All staff in the morning were very nice too. Just in case I missed anyone. Thank you everyone

Room was clean, very comfortable bed. We had a family room. Breakfast good quality. Location very quiet and safe, however longer walking distance to heart of city. 3.5 stars as overall value/experience did not match price.
