Great for a quick getaway. Hotel Service ~ Staff was amazing - welcoming and very helpful. Room ~ I loved the aesthetic of the hotel and the rooms. There was a wedding going on during one of our nights there and you can hear the music blasting in the hallways BUT not in your room - so that was impressive. My only gripe was there was a past guests hair on the wall in the shower. Everything else in the room was clean and I felt comfortable. Restaurant ~ Very very casual service, but everything was delicious. Coffee, smoothie, breakfast was great. Popped in for dessert during dinnertime and it was yummy but a bit pricey. Other ~ They have a sort of activity package that was fun. Bikes, pool and gym access, and free admission to the art museum in balboa park were some of the things included. Overall, had a lovely weekend and would stay here again!

I’d like to add my review to the mix. The Guild Hotel has ruined my hotel stays going forward. Let me explain. I travel for work and spend 3 weeks a month in a Marriott hotel. I enjoy Marriott and have good stays often. This however was an experience. The hotel ingeniously offers a daily amount you can use in the restaurant and bar “ mine was $35, not sure if it’s fluctuates “ I usually work and end up grabbing food and back in my room but since I had the money I came down to the Guild Bar. I sat at the bar and ordered a beer which is my go to when I am not sure what kind of quality I am going to get. Then I watched the bartenders in action. They were all so creative and excited to make drinks and share what they have changed with each other. This gave me the confidence to allow the bartenders to take me on a journey through their drinks. I asked them 1 after another to make me their signature drinks. They did not disappoint. I ended up coming down nightly and engaged with the bartenders and patrons of the bar. The energy was fantastic. The drinks were top notch. I ended up going over the $35 nightly but was happy to do that given the top tier quality experiences I kept having. Don’t sleep ok The Guild. Make it a point to Come here. The rest of the hotel staff were amazing. 1 complaint would be the floor of the shower is incredibly slippery and almost took me out once. My last complaint would be the only parking options are a steep daily valet price or a $25 parking garage around the corner. I hope in the future they provide a validation for parking to cover some of it. Thank you Guild Hotel

Stayed a week. Was quite pricey and had a few issues with service but my room was nice and location was fantastic. There is a location charge each night but they counter it by giving your credit in the hotel. The only issue with this is the food wasn't amazing and if you don't drink it gets wasted which it did for me. I'd maybe stay again but likely not for the length of time. Would be great for a weekend.

"Restaurant" staff was rude. They ignored me initially when I said hello. I said hello a second time and they reluctantly gave me a menu. I was left there starting at the menu for god knows how long while they were chit chatting by the cash register so I left. This was on Christmas eve. I was kind of shocked. Never experienced this before. Maybe they are not used to minority patrons. Would have otherwise given the hotel a 4 because everything else was top notch. Friendly receptionists and room service. Rooms were a bit small for the price however they were clean and high end.

My first impression upon arriving was positive. The place looks amazing. Unfortunately, our sheets had some human hairs on them when we pulled back the covers and some weird stains, making us wonder if they had been changed. The hand soap, shampoo, etc have a very strong, potent perfume in them that you can smell on yourself for the rest of the day/evening (like if you wash your hands with the soap, you’ll smell it strongly each time you drink from a glass). And the elevators and other common areas smell like vaping, weed and other things being smoked. This is all a bummer because the building looks beautifully renovated and is falling short of its full potential.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
