Very nice small hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Great location. One thing to note DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES book a reservation in the restaurant. I was charged 150 euros before even seeing the menu and cancelled a day in advance. The menu was ridiculously priced. I would never pay 180 euros per person anywhere. The manager or owner is a criminal and should be charged with fraud. I have reported this to my credit card company.

Lovely we had a little trouble on understanding of vegan for breakfast and kept being offered options with egg and dairy. Even after specifically saying we didn't eat either. Which was a little surprising. So we didn't eat breakfast all the time there then. But the reception staff are amazing and it's a lovely hotel and location a short walk from everything

Boutique hotel, with eye catching decorative details. I loved its vibes, and we had a luxurious stay with spa bathtub, private balcony but the signature was the super delicious breakfast. Among the best I had in the entire world. They can improve the bedding as I expected more comfy fluffy mattress in a 5 stars hotel.

I stayed at this hotel recently for a couple of days. I agree with previous reviews that is not 5 stars hotel however is a great location and wonderful service. Gabriella at front desk was super friendly and professional. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and enjoy our stay. Excellent breakfast included and great service provided by one of the servers Olga. The Hotel needs some upgrades but overall clean and convenient.

Definitely not a five star hotel. Poor facilities in room, mould in bathrooms, poorly cleaned and not enough staff. Appears to have a five star because of the restaurant. Only good part was nice staff who were helpful and friendly but overworked.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
