Unique design place. The location is good. Quiet and convenient. The local Kopitiam can reach by walk in 3 min. The food there also good. I love the bathroom design. ❤️❤️❤️ Little complain, the bed and pillow could be improved.

bedroom type:Lotus First of all, the environment and design here are similar to the photos, and there is no feeling of being deceived. It feels like it has been in business for several years and is well maintained. I will give another star again because the kitchen has everything and all kinds of wine glasses are prepared. This is a landscaped forest design of Bali Island. There are some mosquitoes, and the store provides a lot of mosquito coils. Okay, why do I only give two stars? It's mainly because the service here is not in place, it's simply too bad! From the email Agoda sent me to the phone number provided online, only one number is available, and the others are not in service, including the number provided at the door. This is the only phone number I call, and no one answers my calls, and no one responds to messages when I ask for urgent questions. Once you move in, you can just destroy yourself. Next, there is a problem with the security here. There are just a few pieces of wood tied at the back, and the door does not provide a lockable code lock. At least the rooms that are checked in at the same time on the same day can be opened and closed by themselves. Living in a separate room in the courtyard is simply... There is only one room door that is safe. And although the open-air toilet is really amazing and very beautiful, it was a rainy night and I couldn't take a shower after playing all day. I asked the customer service staff if there was a spare toilet for taking a shower, but they didn't reply to the message or call. No reply, otherwise the remaining numbers are not in service. You can only use an umbrella to take a shower, and it is very cold. It is recommended to install a retractable or transparent ceiling. After all, in Malaysia, you still have to be considerate of the local customs. Tourists, please think twice before checking in

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
