The location is good and for the low rates, I have to compromise on the size of the room. Toilet is really small. It's not easy to maneuver around if you need space for your own toiletry bags. There was literally no views as my room faced the walls. If possible, ask for renovated rooms as the carpets and sofa are newer. The staff are helpful and did their best to help me. Need to be practical on the expectation for the price you are paying.

The hotel is located in the downtown harbour area and is close to the metro. The management is stuck with the concept of no service. We had requested for a double bed and put it also on the booking notes. They gave us 2 twin beds and had just one statement to make - No room. Our Flight arrived @ 9 AM so we reached the hotel by 10 AM. they told us to wait till 2 PM in the lobby which does not even have a decent place to sit. There are benches and stools with no back rest. We had travelled from Kenya on a very long red eye flight. They need to upgrade their lobby seating to make it more comfortable for guest who have to wait long to get their room assigned. Not all guest check out late, some rooms are always ready for occupation. The 2 PM check in policy is ridiculous, if they have rooms available they should try and make guest comfortable. Rooms are small and bathrooms even smaller.

I think it is a solid 4 star hotel, there were some pros but also some cons to our stay. Pros: + Fantastic view of the waterfront + Room was recently renovated +Room was relatively spacious (for HK) + Staff very friendly Cons: - If you don't pay extra for a waterfront view I think this hotel is probably not worth the price - Around a 10+ minute walk to the nearest metro stations - The rooms were recently renovated but the shower had a very basic shower curtain in it which already was starting to grow black mould. I don't really understand why they would spend so much time and effort to renovate the whole room to a very high standard then put that horrible shower curtain in?

Nice room view, clean room. The hotel was closed to the water ferry and at a relatively decent distance from Honk Kong Central Station. The room was a bit noisy, meaning you could clearly hear when the next room would flush or when others were walking down the hallway, but overall, it was OK. The reception and the restaurant staff were all nice and polite however, we had a bit of an incident with the cleaning lady: when she did the bed, she dropped the TV remote control in between without noticing. We called to say we cannot find the remote, and when she was sent to the room to help us search for it, she somehow acted like we stole it.

More like a travel lodge, checked in late (10.45 pm) which was appreciated. Staff are friendly but we had a room which was far from a harbour view. Development & roadworks all around hotel district, but to be fair all Hong-Kong is still in development.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
