Great place to stay. Everything you need for home away from home. 24 hours security and no loadsheeding. The place was clean and secure. The area offered everything imaginable. Everything was walking distance, and all shops and transportation were readily available. The area was relatively safe, even at night.

The unit is reasonably equipped and the Heriot has some of the best internet I’ve ever had in a hotel room. The staff were very friendly and helpful whenever I spoke with them. Unfortunately, that is where my compliments end. The road in front of the hotel is very poorly managed, and the parking garage you can book is difficult to get into, requiring a very steep, curved ramp in order to get in. The bed in our unit was extremely hard, I normally like a firm mattress, but this was far too much. The other guests were extremely noisy at all hours of the night, and a cannabis smell was also often present in the passageways. The unit we stayed in was also poorly ventilated and hot

The location is great but the quality of service isn't. Our room was not very clean and there wasn't any towels or cleaning products. I wouldn't visit again, but I would recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay in the CBD of Cape Town for some time.
