I don't know if they paid people to give a 4* rating, but there's no way this hotel is 4*. It's basically a lodging. No slippers, no drinking water in the rooms, no hot water from the showers, no lotion, no sanitary bags, no shower cap, malfunctioning tv. Basically it's just a bed and dusty wardrobes. You have to wait for more than an hour for food. Just pathetic through and through.

The hotel has modern facilities and it’s kept very clean. The service throughout all levels of customer attention is great. I specially recommend Denis for his immaculate service at securing a booking. I had a nice experience and certainly would stay again.

Very poor service experience: incredibly slow service (we waited over 2 hours for our dinner on two consecutive nights and both times the food was very disappointing, cold, and not worth its price), the internet did not work, there was no hot water to shower for most of the day, absolutely extortionate laundry service (£25 for 9 items of clothing) and no soap to wash your hands with or enough toilet roll in the bathroom. Also someone came to make the bed and opened a window so wide open that somebody could have come in and taken our things as it was an accessible window. Not worth the money at all, and in my opinion by no means deserves to have a 4 star reputation. Cannot recommend this hotel at all unfortunately.

Astonishingly poor across the board. Nice room but hot water frequently did not work. Staff cleaned room and left a window wide open allowing for easy access to anyone passing. The restaurant was terrible - a simple chicken burger took 2 hours, and upon arrival the fries were somehow cold. A similar experience on both occasions we tried the restaurant. The bar staff were polite but it appeared the entire menu was out of stock or at room temperature (no cocktails, red wine only, ran out of cider immediately and then a member of staff attempted to persuade us that a vodka mixer drink was actually a cider). The laundry service was so extortionately expensive that we opted to handwash our own clothes. The WiFi repeatedly cut out, and indeed failed to work for an entire morning. Having only just arrived, this proved rather difficult for us (we had yet to buy a local SIM card). We were provided a single toilet roll for our 2-day stay, which was not replaced when our room was cleaned (there was none left at that point) not when we specifically drew this to the staff's attention. All of this might be expected at a fairly cheap establishment, but this is an expensive, allegedly '4 star' accomodation. The other reviewers are either paid, work for the hotel already or so misguided that their opinions aren't worth the time it takes to read them. Avoid at all costs.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
