        The Hey Hotel was part of our package booked by Rail Booker's. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised as the hotel is in a perfect location in Interlaken. It was clean, comfortable and we had a balcony overlooking the main street. We only stayed 2 nights but had a wonderful experience. The breakfast buffet had a huge selection and was great. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. We would definitely return another time if we get to come back. Thank you!

        We stayed here mid December as part of a group tour. Great Location however the standout for us was the service. Our original room has lower ceilings in parts due to roof space. Being taller, I kept hitting my head so we spoke with reception who moved us to another room (as it turned out we were moved into the honeymooners suite which was very spacious and no ceiling height issues). Throughout the entire stay (3 nights) the team at Hey! were super friendly and helpful.

        The best perk about this hotel is its location. It is really close to a lot of restaurants and conveniently located between both train stations. The hotel itself was very nice, and staff were all great. Only downside is that the rooms a really small / cramped.

        My wife and I booked Hey Guest House for 3 nights, for our honeymoon. The pictures looked nice online. We showed up, got the keys and checked in. First thing I noticed was the horrible smell as soon as we walked into the room. I opened the window and noticed a bunch of cigarette butts below the window. Mystery solved, cigarettes and cheap air freshener. As my headache starts to grow, I walk into the smallest bathroom you can imagine. The bathtub was stained and there was hair in the tub from the last guests. At this point we go to grab our things off the bed to talk to the front desk and realize that our backpack was sitting on a disgusting stain on the comforter. We go speak with the front desk and not only were they rude and condescending, they told us they would not offer a refund (because it was not 3 days prior to the booking) and that they would only offer us another room if we gave them an additional $250 A NIGHT!! Absolutely do not stay here. You can stay at the local crack motel for a fraction of the price and get the same quality as this horrid hotel. Hey Guest House, you are a garbage stain on the memory of our honeymoon, and I will tell anyone that will listen, that you are the worst hotel I have ever visited.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
