Amazing to have the swimming pool in your 'garden'. So beautiful this hotel! Every room has a little ladder on the balcony into the swimming pool. The staff was very friendly, there's a bell boy. The room was clean, the bathroom a little old. But there was a hair dryer and mosquito tennis racket. Not so many mosquito's around. There's a big jacuzzi on the balcony too. There are free bikes to use to get to the beach. We walked, 500 mtr. There was a very short, little beach, we climbed a stairs and were at the restaurant of the Resort of the Kasikornbank where we had our Thai breakfast. Very delicious. Then we looked on Google Maps and found Suan Son Pradipat Beach, that was a great beach, with trees and a coffee shop.

Great having a room with its own spa bath on the balcony that leads straight into the swimming pool. The room is really comfortable with good AC and a good sized bathroom and high water pressure in the shower. It is located down the end of a narrow Soi not far from the beach. However, your own transport is essential as there are no eating places nearby. Also, there is NO rsstaurant onsite and no facilities for breakfast

Just upgraded with new HUGE TVs and new aircons!! 4 words, Pool access and Jacuzzi. This place is a winner, for 1300 baht you can't beat it. And they have recently upped their service. All staff super nice and helpful. Good bunch of folks staying here, cool that's. I love the place and have stayed thee several times. The beds are a but firm, but you drink enough whiskey and you can outrun it😂🤣😂🤣. Have nothing but good things to say bout this place❤❤🙏🙏

I found this place from Goggle, not much of the expectations. However, I was wrong upon checking in. This resort is beautiful and quiet. The disadvantage is that without a restaurant. Otherwise, I would have given an additional star.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
