Beautiful, cozy, and well-designed hotel! Wonderful hospitality from the owners who are very kind and sweet. Easily accessible with just few minutes from JR station/Metro. Located in residential area close to Ueno. The room and toilet are very clean, the bed is so comfortable. Loved my stay here at The Barn Tokyo. Highly recommend!

Really great affordable boutique hotel Stayed for a long weekend on a trip to Tokyo and booked last minute. The hotel has only recently launched but my wife and I were v impressed with the comfort and level of detail on the rooms. Very stylish and well sized for Tokyo. Location was 2mins to the Tokyo tube (train) and a well connected station so getting around the sights/ shops/ museums was very easy. There is 7-11 30 seconds walk away. Recommended.

Such a lovely place to start our trip to Japan. We had such a warm welcome and felt at home in such a new place! The room had everything you need, the toilet is great and the bed is comfy - would highly recommend The Barn and it’s in a great area, very quiet but lots to see and easy to wander around.

We chose The Barn due to its high review and were not in any way disappointed. The room was immaculate, everything in perfect condition. The washroom featured a spacious shower and Panasonic bidet toilet. The bed was a full double. There was a small bar fridge below one of the two night stands. The room was compact by North American standards but very spacious by Tokyo standards. The staff were very helpful and polite and spoke English well. The premises is tucked a short distance down a narrow street (alley) but is not at all hard to find. It was quiet. It’s a short walk to Uguisudani station and only a slightly longer walk to Ueno Station. The hotel provided a very helpful guidebook to the local area and there are many food options in the local area. We left feeling very comfortable and looked after.

This is absolutely the best place to stay in East of Tokyo. Iriya station is great location to metro and JR lines. Room was very warm and bed are comfortable like 5 star hotel. All furniture are great. It makes nice atmosphere. Staff is very kind. Highly recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
