Great modern new hotel. Would recommend the breakfast there's a huge selection of hot and cold food. The rooms are very spacious, clean and modern. Faultless service on check in and check out. Offered to hold our luggage after checkout until our flight departure. Checkout was by 12 noon so no rush. Perfect location only a short walk from the station and within 20 to 30 minute walk to all the main sites, Colosseum, Trevi fountain etc. Would definitely go again.

Our experience at The Hive Hotel was simply marvelous. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs, including holding our bags upon early arrival. The cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable, with spotless rooms that provided a tranquil and comfortable retreat. The attention to detail in service and cleanliness truly set this hotel apart. We had an incredibly fun and relaxing stay. Highly recommend for those seeking a top-tier hotel experience!

Our stay at The Hive was outstanding! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable. We had so much fun exploring the amenities and the local area. A truly memorable experience!!! It was a hotel for 5 stars not 4 !! ❤️

The rooftop at this hotel is nothing short of amazing, offering breathtaking views of the city and a wonderful atmosphere to unwind and enjoy a drink or meal. The rooms were a pleasant surprise - clean, spacious, and beautifully modern. They provided a comfortable and relaxing haven after a day of exploring the city. What truly impressed me was the hotel's location, which couldn't have been better. It allowed easy access to Rome's most iconic attractions, making my sightseeing adventures convenient and enjoyable. Location closed to the main touristic points. Room is average but very bad soundproofing you could hear everything from the street. During all nights at around midnight and 5am there is the garbage truck that will wake you up. Staff at the reception was average while staff at the breakfast room was very nice. When we left (Sunday 31/12) the guy just took the keys without asking anything (such as a simple : all good?) nor a simple thanks for staying with us. Impossibile to even receive a goodbye. Not recommended
