Great location, there are three metro lines nearby, and so many restaurants choices. Excellent service, the front desk is very patient and lobby service would help you to load/unload luggages. The room is old, but it’s clean and spacious! There are also afternoon tea and dinner happy hours are available for you if you are Marriott platinum member. I will definitely stay again.

My stay at this hotel lasted for approximately one week and I must say, the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Despite the fact that the hotel is over 20 years old, the facilities are well-maintained and in great condition. I was impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail.

Comfortable rooms, amazing views, good facilities. This hotel was a highly-appreciated refuge after a long working day. Many international luxury hotels are very generic and blandly "international", but this hotel feels more authentically Chinese. In particular, breakfast was a little less Western than some other Shanghai luxury hotels, with more of an emphasis on local specialties. There's a Costa Coffee just next door though, if you're looking for a Starbucks-style breakfast. The views were fantastic, particularly if you have access to the executive lounge on the 40th floor, with a panoramic view across to the Bund. Staff were very attentive. Recommended, particularly if you want the comforts of a Marriott hotel but also appreciate some local character.

Old fashioned Hotel, so called luxury but with lots of small defects (thin towels, swimming pool greenish water, staff doesn't always speak English, average breakfast...). Good experience if you're looking for an affordable hotel, but don't expect 5-star standards

Our room was listed as no smoking, but you could still smell smoke. But the staff was very friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was very tasty.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
