My family and I had a terrible experience with this hostel. I do not recommend Pros: -great location near to everything by foot - friendly staff - nice reception/living room - heat and wifi works Cons: -awful mattress, you can feel the springs -sheets and duvet smell old and dirty -not enough showers for the amount of people they receive. You end up queuing -Bathroom were dirty - unstable cold/hot showers - kitchen smells, unorganized and dirty. However well equipped is quite small. - No breakfast option -small lockers inside rooms, you need coins. The hostel doesn’t have it. So after a day traveling you find yourself looking for a market to get some change in coins - We were in the 20 people room with old triple bunk bed that doesn’t have curtains and small lockers the room was messy and you don’t have any sort of privacy. -Some plugs near beds were not working - At some point hostel card was not opening our room door so we had to let the door open for people, again no privacy, we could hear people talking and sense of exposure I hope this hostel take those critics into consideration, it need a loads of improvements to offer a nice experience

Really well located, right opposite Haymarket Station. The staff is great, Samuel and Micaelyn were quite helpful. Rooms are good, it would be nice to have charging points near the beds. Showers and toilets are clean and well kept.

Didn't have a nice sleep, the room smelt bad because of too many people inside and no ventilation. The location is good. Toilets are decent.

Pros: Great location Cons: Not expecting hotel quality out of a hostel however: Bathrooms were mouldy and hostel was fairly run down. Bunks were old, squeaky, unstable and uncomfortable. Rooms were too small for the amount of beds, didn’t have lockers and didn’t have sufficient space to store belongings. No power points near the bunks and insufficient amounts throughout the hostel. Shared areas including reception and other areas were quite small. Staff ignored emails despite acknowledging they had read them in person. I would recommend booking through an external website then through them directly for a refundable booking as booking direct is deceptive.
