If I could give this hotel 10 stars, I would. The staff go the extra mile for their guests. The rooms are spacious for a room in Japan. Beautiful tea set provided. Beds were comfortable with one soft pillow and one firm. With our stay we could reserve a private onsens, for an extra fee. We chose one for 1 hour for $5k yen. HIGHLY recommend! It was an amazing experience, and the hotel provides everything. There is a utility room where you can use the washer/ dryer machine for free (if it's open). And there are fitness machines. The restaurant inside the hotel is delicious and upscale with the quality of food and service. Don't forget the free shuttle to and from Kyoto Train station.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! It’s very close to the train and bus lines, so convenient, but just enough outside the very crowded tourist areas to be very chill. The rooms are fantastic!!! So well appointed, beautiful finishes, many conveniences. The staff are incredible, very attentive and thorough. This hotel is luxurious and excellent value. Will definitely recommend this to my friends and will happily stay here again any time I’m in Kyoto.

Very nicely situated, close to bus stops and subway. 24-hour convenience store is in 2 min walking distance. Staff is very attentive and always wants to help. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to the Kyoto railway station that comes and leaves every hour. They have Japanese and European breakfasts. Both included in one price. There is a small fitness room, next to utilities with laundry and iron. Rooms are very comfortable and clean.

I liked the location as it was a quiet area and closer to certain things I wanted to see in Kyoto. The hotel and room itself was amazing. Very comfortable, fantastic staff. Laundry and gym room were great. Would go back!

Everything from start to finish exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and accommodating, we felt as if we were at home. The room was extremely comfortable, because of that it was difficult to leave the room and explore the city Not to mention the free shuttle bus to and from the station was a thoughtful perk.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
