Stellar staff. Everyone was inviting and delightful. The location is great, but not prime. Just a block from Hollywood Blvd. Mid level for accommodations. The rooms are small and the appliances are old, but the cleaning staff is doing a great job. The perfect setup for this solo traveler in the city for a show. A classic building with a great history. 10/10 met my needs.

The good: excellent and friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. The bad: poor insulation. We could hear our upstairs neighbor every move and couldn't fall asleep until wee hours of morning due to noise. However, the biggest issue was the smell of mildew/mold throughout the building. They had windows open throughout to try and air the place out but there is seriously something off with the smell of this hotel. My sinuses were extremely irritated anytime we were there. If you're on strict budget this place is fine but I honestly could have spent 100 dollars more this weekend and been in more comfortable accommodations.

The hotel itself was great. I had no problem with that. Only issue I had was the parking. They don't have an immediate site for parking and suggested I use a lot nearby down the road. Went, parked, and came back to my room. Decided to go out that night, and when I checked on my car, not 3 hours after checking in, it had been vandalized and broken into. If you don't have a car, this is a fine place. If you do, I highly recommend not using this hotel.

It was really good. Price is ok and the most important for me, it was clean! It is a bit out dated but for the price and the hygiene it was amazing. Location is good, busses and metro close by. A lot of comments say there are homeless people around. Actually the least homeless I saw around hotel, homeless people issue is all over LA and this cannot be avoided unless you are in Beverly hills

Overall, a great budget friendly hotel! Wonderful location; quiet yucca street but just around the corner from busy Hollywood Boulevard. Friendly staff. Rooms are small but clean & comfortable. I only wish they had 24/7 concierge service , but other than that I recommend this place!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
