        We took my mother (95) and aunt(78) for High Tea, for us all to enjoy an experience that is not had too many times in our life. The staff in the dining room were very friendly and polite, helping both my aunt and mother to the table. The service was very thorough but not over the top. Presentation was excellent but the explanation of each item was missed by the four of us, as it seemed that the explanation had become mundane and the waitress just raced through it without taking a breath. The quality of each item on the plates, and the flavours were excellent. Dining Room experience was very good. However, the process to arrange self-parking leaves a lot to be desired. I’m not sure what happened to the Top Hatted doorman, but the staff at the door, concierge and front desk, definitely need extra training on greeting and farewelling the guests. I was sent from the front desk, to the concierge and back to the front desk to pay my parking. It seemed a lot of new staff were there on the day we were there, and no one really knew how the process was meant to work. Overall, the dining room experience was wonderful but sadly the farewell was not of the same standard. When the doorman says “see ya next time “ you wonder if there was any of the good old fashioned training from days gone by, or if they have came straight from college. One of the expectations of going to The Windsor is the polished point of difference that was experienced in yesteryear.

        I recently stayed at the historic Hotel Windsor, drawn by my appreciation for historic architecture. The building itself did not disappoint, presenting a striking facade. The lobby was beautifully adorned with Christmas decorations, creating a welcoming ambiance. However, as I ventured to the upper floors, I noticed a significant shift in atmosphere. The corridors became broader and more sparsely decorated, leading to an older section of the hotel. The elevators and rooms, especially the bathrooms, clearly showed their age. An unexpected moment occurred during breakfast; a staff member was reprimanding another in front of the guests, inadvertently turning the meal into an impromptu show. This experience, coupled with the somewhat eerie vibe reminiscent of the Stanley Hotel, added a unique twist to my stay. While the hotel's historic charm was undeniable, these aspects made my experience memorable, albeit not entirely for the right reasons. Would I stay here again? Probably not. But it was certainly an experience that I won't forget."

        We purchased a High Tea Gift Voucher as a gift for my Mother's 80th Birthday (which she enjoyed with her twin sister). Words cannot not express how much they both enjoyed this experience. They were treated like Royalty, from the moment they walked in ... and every aspect of their visit was absolute perfection! The attention to detail and 'care factor' that was given the food, service and atmosphere is what sets this establishment apart from anywhere else. The staff are warm, welcoming and approachable ... with a perfect level of attentiveness. The food is prepared with the highest level of skill and presented with such flair ... with every mouthful a delight for the senses. The atmosphere is one of old world charm and refined elegance ... no cold, white, sterile interiors here! You instantly feel like you have entered somewhere 'grand', from a bygone era. The Windsor truly is in a class of its own ... unrivaled. This is an experience that my Mum and Auntie will remember for ever, and will be reminiscing about for a long time to come. A heart-felt thank you to the staff at The Windsor.

        Iconic hotel with lovely rooms. Lifts are available, but the grand staircase is amazing so we usually used that. Our room was nice and quiet with a very comfortable bed and really good pillows and linen. We loved the traditional decor too. All for a reasonable city centre price. We also had a drink and great bar snacks at the Cricketer's Bar. We'll come again.

        My husband and I loved this place so much! We stayed the day after airshow in Geelong in 2023. Building and furnitures were beautiful as they shown on the website, spacious room, and amazing services. One thing I really remember is one middle age staff’s ways he speaks and behave were above 5 stars. Late after we found out he’s been working at the hotel for couple decades. Make sense. I’d love to bring my mum here next time! Price was very generous considering the locations and size of the rooms and its service.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
