Hotel is at 8 min walk from the old city and our room was of decent size with bathtub, balcony and refrigerator. Since the price for room was very low, extra amenities like water, bikes etc were chargeable but were at a very reasonable price. The host was very warm and welcoming. Overall the hotel offered a very good value for money.

Host is incredibly kind and helpful - he went above and beyond for us and we are very grateful. The rooms are very clean and nice to stay in as well as being very close to the action. 10/10 would stay again!

Let me start with the PROS: - Close to the old town; - The owner is friendly and nice and very accommodating; - They value safety and make sure the gate is locked when the owner is not there; - The room is comfortable; and - The WiFi is good. CONS (NOT big problems): - The room I booked was supposed to have a bathtub per the description in Agoda but it didn't have one when I got my room. I was hoping I could relax in a bathtub but I just accepted what was given to me - still comfortable and the shower was good; - The water is not free. You have to pay for the water bottles on the table. It is cheap so it's okay and easier than going outside to buy; - The bicycles are not for free. You have to pay for 40k VND per day regardless of how many hours you will use it. On my last day I used it for only 2 hours and thought it would be free or cheap since I didn't use it much the last time I paid but the owner asked me to pay 20k which is still okay and cheap; - I booked for Express check-in but the room wasn't ready until 2pm so I had to wait for an hour which is fine, not a problem; and - The cleaner didn't remove the used hair comb that was there in the bathroom but it's not a big deal. The room is still very clean! All in all, I had a good stay in this place. The owner helped me booked a shared van otw to Da Nang which was just 130k VND, cheaper than 300k private car. If you'll need this, make sure to talk to him in advance so he can book for you. They can also help you book for tours which is amazing! I would recommend this place. After all, this guesthouse made me feel somewhat at home. :) Thanks owner! See you again someday.

The room is so small you can’t open the fridge door or the closet. Literally squeezing yourself to get to the other side of the bed. (Pics) Unclean blankets with no bedsheets to line them with

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
