Flew in from Orlando and Stayed for one night in town to celebrate a fellow real estate colleague’s wedding. The room was outstanding! Super fun attention to detail and great vibe. Simple and fast check in process. Loved all of the special touches and the kind staff. I would definitely stay at The Hoxton again! We also dined at the hotel restaurant for lunch, the food was great!

Fun, antique vibe. The rooms are small (which you might expect from options like “Cosy” and “Snug”). Biggest downside was no gym, which I didn’t realize beforehand. Just a small yoga studio.

This hotel belongs in the movie The Great Gatsby. I came here many times for drinks. Tried out the hotel for my anniversary and had an amazing time. The location is perfect to get to anywhere in Fulton Market or Randolph. Will come back when we have time. Love this place!

Obviously the vibe is amazing here and super trendy. Design of the building is great and location is wonderful. Rooftop pool is awesome. The thing you have to know about the Hoxton though is that it’s barely a hotel—it’s honestly more of a restaurant and rooftop pool space with a few rooms in between. That’s the level of service you get; it barely exists. I say this in a nice way because we had a lovely time but if you are hoping for a quiet or serene experience definitely do not stay here. Other issues include classic trendy 4-star hotel issues including lack of towel plushness, no ice machines, no ironing boards in the room, etc. BUT the restaurants and pools are great, and the beds are comfortable. Just know what you want if you stay here!

Check in was friendly and easy. The atmosphere was super fun, 3 different bars in the hotel so it was great having dinner at Cira and then checking out the other bars in the hotel and The Reading Room next door. The room was very small, really only accomodates 2 people at max. But it was cute! And I have to mention something about the shower because it was amazing! I will be booking again just for the showers. It's a rain shower with lots of pressure and plenty of hot water. Very relaxing. The beds were average. The rail train was right next to our window, it's not super loud but you definitely notice when it passes by, they really should've installed sound proof windows on that side of the building. But thankfully we travel with a sound machine so we slept just fine. It was clean and I'm very picky about that so even tho it was a very small room we still really enjoyed our stay. We booked through Hotel Tonight and the cost was $177 but that doesn't include the $75 parking fee. ... And the food at Cira was incredible!! We also ordered room service through Cira the next morning and the French toast was delish!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
