We had an incredible stay in Hoxton. The service was exceptional, and Alp warmly welcomed us during check-in. Our room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The complimentary tea and coffee in the minibar were of excellent quality! Opting for breakfast was a delight; the avocado toast and granola were delicious. However, the pastry was a bit dry for my liking. The availability of free hotel bikes was a pleasant surprise, and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the city on them. Do not forget to check it the terrace on the upper floor.

I came last week for a drink with some friends and the service was top-notch!!! And of course the food and drinks were amazing 🍹. Special shout-out to the waitress Lena, so helpful and so nice!!! She was checking on us all the time and with the biggest smile and jokes ever!!! Very recommended place!! Cheers

Stayed here for a week for work. Was a bit nervous about the street noise so asked for a quiet room which was to be fair, not on the street side but still you could hear a bit of noise. Overall the room is quiet with nice amenities. The major complaint regarding noise would be the paper thin doors they have, whilst walking back to my room I could hear my neighbour's conversation word by word.

We visited for Christmas which was also for my birthday, couldn’t have regretted it more. Disgusting discriminating behaviour towards us by the staff and manager working on Christmas Day, not only that we were laughed at and humiliated (next to other clients)because we asked for cotton buds and sanitary pads, we understand the hotel may not provide them but there’s a way to say things, or as a women themselves they shouldn’t have turned to their colleague whispered and giggled whilst in front of us looking into our eyes.we felt very uncomfortable Like that wasn’t enough we were refused entry to the restaurant “because it was closed” while it was filled with people sitting and eating. The manager got involved which she was no help other than defending her racist colleagues, this made us feel even more uncomfortable and unsafe. Which then we decided to check out and realised they had been into our rooms(to drop off what we asked for) whilst we were downstairs arguing with the manager. The staff knew this would make us feel a certain way. They should’ve known not to enter our room after all of that. We had to leave a day early and book another hotel. The manager had the audacity to tell us to ask for a specific friend of hers at this hotel to look after us. As if they’d looked after us enough, she was worrying about how well we’d be treated where we went. It was like a joke to them, they ruined our trip! Ruined our Christmas. It’s such a shame that a hotel looking this nice would have such rubbish staff! If I could I’d give zero stars, avoid at any costs if you really want to enjoy Barcelona .

The rooftop bar is hands down the best in town. The perfect place to watch the sunset, very spacious and with reasonably priced drinks. Also, during autumn and winter months it’s not packed, which makes the whole experience even better! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
