We had a really lovely lunch here during our Christmas holidays with my family and friends. Both the service and the food were impeccable, the atmosphere was also very relaxing. Simone served us really nice drinks and was very patient with us, recommending the best type is paring with the food we were having. The waiters, Mauro, Fabrizio and Francesca looked after our table for the whole duration of the meal, taking great care in making us feel welcomed and treated. These guys really made a difference with the experience we had. Highly recommended, I will definitely come back again!

We booked this hotel through our cruise lines, including breakfast. 1,000 for 3 days. This did not include transportation to the airport. This hotel is located 35 min or so from the Vatican, depending on traffic. The hotel is beautiful, the room was wonderful and comfortable. The food was delicious the night dinner staff was friendly. However, the morning breakfast waitress, a young lady needs to go she was SO RUDE every morning for 3 days......... I won't be recommending this hotel due to her services.

We absolutely loved our short stay here. The vibe is excellent, the beds are comfy, the shower is huge, and the little branded touches are the chef's kiss. 🤌 You get a lil guide via email with all the info you might need, and they have a little breakfast fairy program where you leave a lil bag on your door and breakfast magically appears in the morning — which we didn't use because the hotel restaurant's breakfast was also delightful. The staff was super helpful with everything from helping us figure out what to do (we were done with all the touristy stuff) and booked us a VERY early cab for the next morning. The location is on the quieter side, and a really cool area of Rome to visit. We'd stay here again.

A great place to be in Rome and get away from the heavily touristic spots. The staff is excellent and very helpful. The food at the bar/restaurant is ver good as well. The room was on the first floor (second floor for my fellow Americans) and it was pretty quiet. Amenities and service was great. Plenty of really good restaurants within minutes away from the hotel.

From the decor to the warmth of the staff, everything was perfect about the Hoxton the moment we set foot in the building. We arrived early for our check in but were looked after so well, we were welcomed to have breakfast and it just felt like an extension of our stay. That evening, we came down for a cocktail before heading out to dinner but had such a wonderful time that we decided to stay in the hotel for a small bite to continue the experience we were having. The bedrooms were phenomenal (stayed in the Cozy Up), especially noting the quality of the bathrooms. Hospitality in Italy has been phenomenal, but we really can't thank the team at The Hoxton enough. It really made our holiday being there, and meeting such wonderful people, like Francesca and Christian, who are so naturally warm and hospitable. They are a real credit to the hotel. Of course, everyone we interacted with was lovely and we didn't quite catch their names unfortunately. As my partner and I said to each other after our first night "We're Hoxton people now!". We look forward to our return to Rome to say Ciao to our new friends!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
