The rooms are nicely appointed but pretty small. Probably fine for a night in London, but not a few nights as there ain't even a seat or table space and this was a standard sized room. Service is fine when you get it but a couple of times we requested things like an iron and for our room to be cleaned (you have to ask apparently) and we had to ask more than once to get anything done. They need to get better coffee too! The bar is very good and it's in a good spot with plenty of amenities around and the tube a stone's throw from the hotel meaning it's easy to get around London. Bar serve great cocktails which is a definite highlight

The room looked lovely, but I had a poor nights sleep! I stayed in one of the basement rooms. There was a constant bright green light on the ceiling in the middle of the room, so the room was never actually dark. You could also unexpectedly hear the underground trains.... I guess you are in the basement. Unfortunately, there wasn't any provision of eye masks or earbuds. The service was also not as expected. I asked at reception at 11pm for decaf tea bags, and 40 mins later was presented with full caffeinated coffee bags. The staff were very courteous and the night manager offered us complimentary breakfast the next day. But we had to explain this at reception the next morning, as no note was made. I would give benefit of doubt and try a room on a different floor. The breakfast was delicious.

Me and my partner spent a week there and it was absolutely amazing! The room was super nice and the bed was comfy. The hotel is beautifully designed! When we arrived in the room , it felt like it was personalized with the welcome card and the drinks❤️ All the staff was incredibly friendly and very welcoming ! Also, always ready to help with a big smile. (Particularly Tai, Juli and Rihanna) The food was also super tasty and the drinks were delicious! Also James and everyone at the bar was super nice! Overall, my experience at this hotel was outstanding! Would highly recommend for the location too. Can’t wait to come back and stay again soon!

Good location just by Shepherd‘s Bush Green and various public transport options. Westfield a two-minute walk away. Room was nicely appointed, but very small, with nowhere store a suitcase, and only an open wardrobe with some hangers. So more a hotel for one or two nights. Breakfast is not included, and did not try. Reception was always fully staffed & very friendly, efficient and quick. Would stay again for short business or leisure trips.

I just had the best time there. The room was fantastic, super comfy, and beautifully designed. And let's talk about breakfast - it was absolutely delicious! The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a big smile. Such a welcoming and warm atmosphere! Overall, my experience at this hotel was nothing short of outstanding. Highly recommended!
