A comfortable hotel with friendly staff who are willing to go the extra mile to be helpful. My room was clean and spacious with a coffee machine and cable television including BBC World. Many rooms have balconies. Lifts are available. Breakfast is included and is a high standard buffet with fruits, juices, cereals, cold meat, cheese, breads, pastries and scrambled eggs with bacon type meat. Assorted tea bags and coffee machine. The only negative comment is that the hotel is situated under the landing flight path to Lisbon and the noise does penetrate the double glazing. There is little flying between 11pm and 6am, but earplugs are useful.

The noise you hear from outside is difficult to put up with, I wasn't able to sleep at all with planes coming and going all the time, and loud street parties. The mattress was the worst thing ever, it resembled a rock. The shower leaked every time we used it. The room was rather small and did not have much storage - only 3 hangers for a couple?! Makes no sense. Breakfast was reasonable. Location was OK, the underground is only 9 minutes away, there's 2 grocery shops within walking distance, and of course some restaurants as well. Thank goodness the air con worked nicely during our stay.

Room was decent enough for 3 people to share but very basic. Cleaning service is not good as they don't seem to replace sheets and only towels that you put on the floor! If you book breakfast with the stay, it's very good. Another good thing we found is the reception staff are very friendly and offer lot of advice and good tips. The location is safe and good to get to and fro by bus but the nearest metro is 15-20mins walk.

I liked the hotel, BUT there is NO wardrobe and any storage for your clothes. The shower cabin was leaking outside, forming a big puddle because there was no drainage in the bathroom

The rooms are to small the location is not that great and the bathroom wasn’t functioning the way it supposed to. The airport are directly in the near so you can hear everything 😅 the people who works there were very friendly though. I don’t recommend it at all
