        The only good thing about the room we stayed in is that it is larger compared to the usual room sizes of the hotels in the area. However, it needs a renovation. Likewise, the hotel has a very good location because it's along Nathan Road and is very near the shopping centers and restaurants. On the other hand, the TV remote control was faulty. It took a very long time for housekeeping to replace the batteries. Even then, it would oftentimes fail to work. The hotel does not provide complimentary drinking water. Likewise, we only got the dental kit of the first night of our stay. It's a bit far from convenience stores. So, buy a lot of drinking water to stock up in your room.

        Dec 17, 2023 This “hotel” is the worst place I’ve ever stayed in. And this is considering other hostels I’ve stayed at sharing rooms with random strangers. The room is extremely old and dirty. There’s a smell of smoke and mold (which you can see by the walls) that lingers. Even though we booked a non-smoking floor, the room got really smokey at around 1AM to the point where we kept coughing. The walls are extremely thin, we could hear the snoring from the other connected room, the alarm clock of the room across us which never stopped, and the people chattering along the corridor. The bed sheets have several burn holes among them that seem fresh, which begs the question if they were ever washed or not. We saw not 1 but several small cockroaches roaming around the room. This was the most disgusting part. They climbed our own personal towels since we were afraid to use the room’s towels. It became obvious that they were aware of this when i found the cockroach traps/poison littered around the room which is dangerous if we brought a kid who could easily reach for it and eat it. We started coughing and our throats got really irritated most likely from the smell of the smoke (and we pray it was just the smoke and not mold). The faucet and showers needed to be ran for a minute since they spewed out brown/dirty water upon turning on – something I overlooked as I put my hands immediately on the faucet and regretted that decision. We wanted to check out ASAP when we got back to the room at midnight but we could not find any hotels that could accommodate us, so we had no choice but to stay in this room with the smell of heavy smoke, loud chattering beside our room, and the thought that several cockroaches were roaming around freely. We really wanted to give this “hotel” a chance considering its prime location, but it was just an extremely unpleasant experience that poses as a health hazard to our well-being. Stayed here just to get sleep and immediately booked another place the next day. We will not be going anywhere near this place again.

        Very old hotel, dirty and ventilation not very good. Shower area no light. No tissue paper. Keep calling the reception always not answering phone. I lay on the bed and it was so itchy. Middle of the night I can hear upstairs moving chair a lot of time. Corridor a lot of noises. Power cable doesn’t work. That was my first night encounter. Second night, people check in areound 11 plus. Can hear their voices. Baby playing very loud. Around 130am I was working on my laptop, saw something flew at the dressing table. I couldn’t sleep for the first night. Regretted checking in this hotel. But I would say super super convenient. A lot of PRC, Indians staying. Thank you for the staff who had helped me hail the cab. I will never go back to this hotel anymore.

        hotel is very horrible. - the room is too old, moldy - 1st time, in the room have cockroaches, request for changed. - 2nd times, the room had died cockroaches, request for changed. - 3rd times, level 12, room smell bad, moldy at toilet, dust below the bed frame. - no bottle water - no daily room clean (after 2 days we went back to checked) - Bed sheet got blood stain. i booked 2 rooms 5 nights, cost me sgd1600, not refundable. we stay 1 night and worried midnight will have cockroaches come up to our bed, in the end we decided to save our holiday from horrible room stay, we booked the hotel opposite. But we didn't check out, since it is not refundable, after 2 days we went to check, the room is not clean up, rubbish is not clean up, and the room have smoking smell.

        WORST HOTEL IVE STAYED IN MY LIFE. The furniture was so old and the room was so dirty. Windows looked like it was never washed in ages. There are a lot of tiny cockroaches that creeped out during our stay. Overall it was really dirty and the room smelled horrible. The fire alarm also rang suddenly at 3 am for no reason which made my whole family panic and scared. Don't let the location fool you because I also fell for it.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
