I stayed for 4 nights. The hotel is located close to restaurants, shopping and places of interest and easy to grab the train or taxi. The rooms are spacious and clean and appliances are in good working order. The staff is very nice and helpful. They even went out of their way to assist me and Beijing police recover a lost personal item. I will definitely be staying here again next time I'm visiting Beijing.

Found cockroaches in our room during the early morning. We asked to be moved to another floor. We were given a downgraded room. The next day, the safety deposit box broke with our money and passports in, took them 1 hour to open it. Management offered us a 4% refund on our stay, trying to convince us its normal to have cockroaches since they have kitchens in the units. What a big joke this is..

Rooms were spacious and clean. Location is right next to a shopping street and about a 2 minute walk to the closest subway station. Service was the real standout. The employees at the desk helped answer all sorts of questions about restaurants, navigation and visiting attractions. They even helped book appointments to a few of the attractions.

On April 11, 2023 we stayed at hotel The Imperial Mansion, Beijing Marriott Executive Apartments. When checking in, the staff paid a deposit from our card in the amount of 2000 yuan. When checking out in the evening on the same day, the staff made a payment from our card for staying in the room and having dinner at your restaurant in the amount of 2205 yuan. Until now April 30, 2023, the deposit has not returned to our card.

Very nice extended stay hotel. It’s located close to several shopping districts and Forbidden City. Great location for city vacationers. Rooms are quite nice and large. Ours had king bed, couches, large soaking tub, and kitchen. While kitchen had plates there were no pots and pans so we could not actually cook anything on the stove. There was a microwave so at least we could use that to warm up leftovers. Bedroom had a small walk in closet. The light comes on when you open the door. Nice idea but we could not actually get the light to go off because the door was improperly fitted. Gym was nice and had a great view over Forbidden City. Pool is a full 25 m on the top floor. Really nice facility. We also used the spa and got a very nice couples massage. There is one restaurant on site but we only used it to get some drinks one evening. We were the only ones there which suggests it might not be that good. Front desk was super helpful anytime we needed a cab. They spoke fluent English to help me out. Overall a very good stay at the centrally located hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
