The rooms are so incredibly SMALL for how much they cost. And also the bathroom (which had no door) was awful. The sliding glass doors that don't shut all the way are a horrible idea for a door-less bathroom. Let's just say there are no more bathroom boundaries for me and my husband 😐. $45 valet PER night I also feel was steep with how much the room cost. Pros were the Rebel room, the staff and the 2nd floor evening bar.

We loved everything about this hotel. I hung out quite a lot on the second floor where there was free coffee in the morning and a small bar for evening cocktails. The fireplace was a nice touch and lots of comfy furniture. Enjoyed chatting with Shawn at the front desk and very friendly, efficient valets also.

While The Industrialist has a beautiful, deluxe interior. The area it is located in is sketchy and made us worried about valeting our car. Service throughout the property was hit or miss. The valet staff was wonderful, kind, and easy to get in touch with before our 5am flight. Whereas the front desk staff was MIA and could not be reached from the telephone in our room. Our corner room, on the 17th floor was tastefully decorated and had a killer view. It felt like we had the entire floor to ourselves as we did not hear a peep from any other guest. The bed was extremely comfortable, giving us the perfect space to wind down after an exhausting trip. The sunset was spectacular over the city of Pittsburgh. While there are some aspects of this hotel that I enjoyed, the area unfortunately will steer me away from it on follow-up trips.

Only reason this is getting 2 stars is because the hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms were clean and modern. Service was absolutely terrible though. Check in was at 3pm. Arrived at 4 and was told the room was not ready and we needed to wait until it was cleaned. Had to sit in the lobby for 1.5 HOURS to then be told the room type we booked was not available and had to be downgraded to 2 smaller rooms. Then check out was not until 11am and we were woken up to housekeeping knocking at our door at 9am trying to come in and clean. I told them we were not going to be out until check out time. Then at 10:30am, housekeeping actually barged into the room without notice and we had to kick them out again. Then because of the room downgrade, I was told I would receive a discount. Got my email with the bill and there was no discount applied. Had to go to the desk to get a credit. Will not be staying here again which is a shame because the location is great and the hotel is very nice.

The rooms are very unique being in an old industrial building. The biggest negative where the bathrooms were the doors to the commode are designed to not close completely and the door to the shower is the same. When you walk out of the shower, you're basically standing in the room naked because there's no door there at all

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
