        This is a wonderful hotel with just everything about it being perfect. The moment we set foot in this hotel we felt the magnificence. The check-in was smooth and the rooms are gorgeous. The restaurant’s bathroom is out-worldly and the most gorgeous bathroom (or even room) we’ve ever seen. We didn’t get a chance to have dinner here but breakfast was delicious! The hospitality of the staff was fantastic and we can’t wait to come back. Thanks Ivens!

        Hotel was located perfectly in the city center, room was great. We liked the “Explorer” theme of the hotel which was nice and funny, nice touch! Rocco bar was super nice. Breakfast not special but okay. Big compliments to the staff who really tried to make us feeling welcome at our short stay. That made the difference between 4 or 5 star rating!

        One of the most beautiful hotels we’ve stayed at! The decor and the details in every inch and corner of the hotel are truly an experience. The staff were so helpful with suggestions of where to go and Mariana went out of her way to make our stay extra special. We fell in love with the restaurant Rocco in the hotel, which has an amazing breakfast and dinner menu. The bar was probably one of the prettiest bars we’ve ever seen. Highly recommend staying here, we can’t wait to be back!

        Overall it was a very pleasant stay. Centrally located, nice staff. However, if you just want to drink a cocktail in the Bar Rocco, do not forget to book a table (yes, even for a drink), there are only a few tables for drinks only, and to be seated in the bar you have to eat dinner - weird. Something was wrong with the Eggs Royale during our stay, we ate it and got sick after eating it. One night we ordered breakfast to the room, even given the fact that we had breakfast included, we got a bill for that 50 euros (nobody told us that before placing the order).

        Lisbon was the last stop on our honeymoon. The hotel is in the perfect location and the concierge and regular hotel staff are wonderful. The room is on the smaller side, but not unexpected given it is in the heart of Lisbon. There were delightful gifts most of the nights we stayed and the room was very clean. We did have an issue with the restaurant/bar at the hotel one night but the hotel manager made everything right. Overall, it was a great experience and we would recommend this hotel for a Lisbon visit.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
