The owner of this hotel should be embarrassed. I booked for two nights here and on arrival was allocated a double room below ground. The walls were filthy - marked and dirty. The toilet was unclean and the window didn’t open. I asked to change room but all they had was a single. They refunded me the difference and I took it. On entering I was shocked to see it was even worse… the furniture was broken, the walls again were revolting and the bathroom was ridiculously small. Again, the window wouldn’t open. I simply couldn’t stay here and so asked for a refund so I could find somewhere else. I’ve honestly seen cleaner student halls or hostels. It was dreadful! The entire hotel needs refurbishing desperately and a better cleaning routine. The lady on the desk was defensive and curt but with some persuasion she became helpful. Overall just avoid…

My aunt had booked at the Jade on a non-refundable booking not realising that the hotel was far away from where the rest of our family was staying. The gentleman at the counter I believe his name was Han (sp) was understanding and communicated that the manager would see to it as soon as he could. From the get go he was welcoming and accommodating. Really appreciate!

I stayed for one night as trains were canceled due to strikes. I was surprised that everything was clean enough and I was pleasantly surprised by the micro kitchen in the closet. Unfortunately, I did not immediately guess to turn on the air conditioner for heating and woke up in the night because I was very cold. After the room warmed up it became comfortable. I did not expect that the room would be on the minus first floor and I could not sleep without earplugs as I heard (and felt) the subway trains and some cars. although the hotel itself is on a quiet street. can't complain, what else to expect from a big city? The price is quite consistent with the quality. Will probably stay here again if stuck in London again. Comfy bed, convenient location and friendly staff.

A lovely hotel, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and great in room facilities. Staff were friendly amd helpful too. I have to admit I wasn't sure from the outside but inside the rooms were immaculate. Newly refurbished bathrooms and toiletries provided. Shower was very good. Loved the inclusion of a small sink, fridge and microwave in the wardrobe which was really handy. Really appreciated the tea, coffee and milk. Aircon worked well. Is conveniently located near Earls Court Station and a 10 minute walk to Kensington.

Great location and super friendly staff! Bed was comfortable however it was super squeaky. So much as rolling over in bed and it would wake up my partner.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
