Wow! Way beyond my expectations! This is such an amazing place to stay. The service is exceptional, I’ve never had such hospitality in a hotel. All the staff speak very good English. The rooms are very clean with high end products to use. They include fresh tea, drip coffee, and small biscuits. We did not partake in the breakfast or dinner options as they did not fit into our schedule. The bathroom with the hydrogen tub is so relaxing! They have soft music to play in both the bedroom and bathroom. The pajamas are so comfy and the towels are the softest towels I’ve ever used in a hotel. I would recommend this place 100%! It is about a 3 min walk to the closest bus station and then a 20 min bus ride to Kyoto station which is where we started all our trips. Give it a go, you won’t be disappointed!

We absolutely loved the hotel, and found every aspect to be so lovely. Everything was thoughtfully planned, the way the music fills the room, and the tasty autumn treats and lightly scented bath salts. Our breakfast was fantastic and the beds are very comfortable. Having the large bath is a real bonus as it encourages you to really relax and enjoy the best of your room. Kyoto is an exciting city, but if you’re also looking for a restful place to read, relax, and feel totally taken care of then this might be the place for you. The staff went out of their way to help us in every way possible. It was also very easy for reception to call us a taxi to wherever we wanted to go. We were there celebrating our honeymoon, and we couldn’t be happier with our stay, everything felt very special. The staff even left us a wonderful handwritten congratulations note with a sparkling bottle of sake. Delicious and so caring. Thank you, Junei Hotel Imperial Palace, we will stay again !

Clean, Quiet, and in one of the less touristy parts of town which we appreciated. We loved the huge autofill bathtub. There is an adorable Italian spot "Osteria La Balena" close by which has some of the best pizza I've ever eaten.

What a fantastic experience! We booked ourselves this place for my husband’s birthday weekend to experience an onsen with privacy. The room was a beautiful traditional style room, and the double sized bed we had was so very comfortable. The onsen was very spacious, and my husband enjoyed taking a bath whenever he could. The bath even has a hydrogen option when using it! The staff went well out of their way to make sure our stay was the most pleasant experience we’ve ever had, and made sure to wish my husband happy birthday whenever they saw him. Would highly recommend this place to anyone whenever they come visit and experience Kyoto!

This is by far the best hotel i have ever stayed at. Beautiful hidden gem The room was spacious and having your own private onsen was amazing. The staff were very kind and helpful. Pros: - hotel looks so pretty and has that traditional Japanese style -Spacious room, clean and looks so neat. -arrival little sweets - you have all the stuff you need in this hotel including makeup removes, facial toners and serum. -private onsen. -beds are super comfortable -staff are helpful and friendly -able to send your luggage to your next destination - 15 mins walk from the station - there are cafes and familymart nearby. Thank you for having us. We had the best time staying at your hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
